## Locked attack plan

Build only:
1. **Fix what I just ate**

Output: one immediate correction

Output: one stabilizing next move (no guilt, no reset sermon)

Do not prioritize in v1:
- full workout planning
- long-term predictions
- heavy tracking
- advanced onboarding

### Secondary expansion (v1.1+)

3. **Crowded gym fallback**  
Only after meal + rescue loop proves repeat use.

## Viral loop (tighter)

Generate one share card after each answer:
- Situation
- Next move
- Blunt line

Examples:

## GTM flow (reduced friction)

Use:
1. Comment

Use a combined bar:
